i am in love with the intelligence and beauty of nature, and i love having reasons to intimately interact with nature.

i make medicine from flowers.

i learned about making flower essences while living on the beach and in the jungle in costa rica.

no one knew what the flowers were for, so i had to ask the flowers themselves.

what has unfolded from those questions has been a very real and magical journey.
